This is a wonderful buffet -- to try old standards as well as innovative blends of flavors. A surprising favorite was the coconut chicken soup. The lamb chops were very tender. Great with the sauces or mint jelly. But the desserts are the star, and if you love durian, this is heaven on earth! In-house durian ice cream, durian egg tarts (released only at a certain time), durian panacotta, durian cheesecake, and a few others. There are non-durian tasty morsels as well. Service is well done with an abundance of staff and attendants willing to get you what you want. Only issue for me was that my credit card was taken from the table for an extended period of time. They probably should not have taken the card until ready for processing at the table. But overall, dishes were cleared quickly, and servers were readily available. The Market is on the 2nd floor of the Horltel ICON. We really enjoyed our experience, and look forward to next time. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
