火曜日 12時少し前に入店。 お客さんはなし。後から一組入店。 昼食で待ちがないのがGood,. Steak Curry Riceを注文。 ステーキの焼き加減を選べます。 すぐにポテトサラダとホカホカのバゲットが出てきます。 どちらも美味しい。Good. 10分くらいしてSteak Curry Riceが来ました。 ステーキは和牛じゃあないだろうけど美味しい。好み カレーは日本の中辛くらいかな。おいしい日本のカレー。 こちらもGood, 値段は相応な感じかな。. The Meatchop Butcher & Spirits Un posto speciale, intimo, quasi familiare: solo una ventina di posti a sedere, e forse è proprio questo il segreto della sua magia. Qui ogni dettaglio è curato, nulla è lasciato al caso. La carne è eccezionale, di una qualità rara, cotta in modo impeccabile. Ma la vera rivelazione è una salsa fatta da loro, semplicemente strabiliante, capace di esaltare la carne senza coprirla. Un equilibrio perfetto. È sorprendente (e bellissimo) vedere come uno chef thailandese riesca a interpretare la cucina occidentale della carne con una maestria che supera molti ristoranti europei. Una menzione speciale va a Noe, la ragazza che serve ai tavoli: dolcissima, sorridente, mai invadente e soprattutto veramente competente. Ti accompagna nella scelta con attenzione sincera, capisce i tuoi gusti, spiega i tagli, consiglia senza forzare. Ti fa sentire seguito, non semplicemente servito. Atmosfera calda, accogliente, quasi di casa. Un ristorante che non si limita a nutrirti, ma ti fa stare bene. Uno di quei posti che restano impressi… e in cui torni, senza pensarci due volte. The Meatchop Butcher & Spirits A truly special place, intimate and almost family-run: only about 20 seats, and that’s probably the secret behind its magic. Every detail is carefully looked after, nothing is left to chance. The meat is exceptional, top-quality and cooked to absolute perfection. The real revelation, though, is a house-made sauce that is simply outstanding—rich, balanced, and able to enhance the meat without overpowering it. Pure harmony. It’s genuinely impressive (and beautiful) to see how a Thai chef can interpret Western-style meat cooking with a mastery that surpasses many European restaurants. A special mention goes to Noe, the lovely girl serving at the tables: sweet, warm, never intrusive, and above all extremely knowledgeable. She guides you through the choices with genuine care, understands your tastes, explains the cuts, and gives advice without ever pushing. She makes you feel truly looked after, not just served. Warm, welcoming atmosphere—almost like being at home. This is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience that makes you feel good.
