@Killiney Outlet: - I has taken about 5 hours (from 12pm to 15pm) to reserve seats for 7 people via your facebook fanpage. OMG! Is your business so busy so you can not reply me faster? - I think your staffs also need to train more about how to satisfy the customer. I haven't seen them smiling to anyone, just the "ice-cold" face all the time. - I got complains from 2 Vietnamese friends who went with me to your restaurant. 1) The "Bún bò Huế" is insipid and TOO SPICY even with the Vietnameses. 2) The "Bò kho" is NOT made by Vietnamese cook? It's not my/our Vietnamese food style!!! It was the spaghetti with a lot of extra tomato source. Finally, that was my second time i ate at your restaurant, and it will be MY LAST TIME!

First of all we are all humans. There is no wrong that goes unpaid. After the Vietnamese girl who understood Zero English about No Fish Sauce / No Fish on my mango salad just soy sauce and spicy .. she realized until later when I was spitting out the mango salad and she was behind the kitchen laughing with the other girl there at 5:30 pm. These people are so disrespectful and I wouldn’t doubt they spit on your food. It’s Ok I usually eat seafood but at this time I was prohibited by my religion, but I pray to Buddha and I pray for Karma . Always Love and Don’t judge, because the world will do the same to you. God bless your business . Learn respect .

I would like to compliment staff Ken, assistant manager of the the Orange lantern, harbour front outlet for his excellent service! He is polite, attentive to customer needs and ensure we are cosy to dine at the restaurant. Good food! I will be back again!
