情報の誤りを報告する
It is a very small stall at the Food Junction @ Great World City and I did not expect much. But from the moment I received the package, I smelled a sense of extraordinary. The scent was just evocative of a good bowl of Pho in Hanoi.
Their noodle is the real one made from rice powder. This fact alone puts their pho at the top of the Pho list in Singapore. It is the powder quality that makes noodles phở. Their noodles are strong with a right stickiness level.
Then the quality makes this place competitive, even comparable to my favorite Phở in Việt Nam. The meat is well sliced and prepared. They are not just some thin slices of cheap beef but well-cooked pieces. And the broth is clean with a taste that lay at the right combination of the beef and the spices.
Since everyone's taste is subjective, I can't promise this to be good. But if you are looking for a nice dish with a Vietnamese style, go here. Highly recommended.
