The experience at Haidilao Hot Pot was excellent. Everything was fast, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The drinks were very tasty, and there was a great variety of soup bases to choose from, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Our waitresses, Naomi and Angel, were incredibly polite, attentive, and efficient. They helped us with all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a good time there. Food was good, but watch out for the portion (half portion means 1 plate and full portion means 2 plates). The waitress was okay, her voice was very small and I could barely hear her. The worse thing is she didn't try to speak louder. Although, I believe she saw that I was a bit annoyed with waiters coming up to my desk for this and that so she made sure to leave me alone lol. Please raise your volume when speaking, the dinning room was not that noisy, speak louder. Thanks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
