Unbelievable Quality – A Must-Visit in Pattaya! I recently went back to The Shack Pattaya to try their steak, and oh my goodness, the tenderness and flavor were absolutely incredible! One thing that surprised me initially was the thickness. Many years ago, steaks used to be cut much thicker. But times are changing and beef prices are getting very high, so a 200g cut is naturally going to be a bit thinner to ensure it cooks evenly and fills out the plate. I am sure if you order the 400g cut, you would get that classic, thick steakhouse profile. Nevertheless, the steak was absolutely superb. It wasn't even the Wagyu, and yet it was still unbelievably delicious and tender. That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of meat they source here—they don't rely on expensive labels to deliver a premium meal. The attention to detail goes beyond the meat, too. The side salad was so fresh and delicious, clearly made with high-end ingredients rather than being treated as an afterthought. Having had a hamburger here in the past—which was also unbelievably delicious and tender—I can safely say The Shack is incredibly consistent. Whether you are going for a burger or a steak, they are using top-tier ingredients and nail the execution every time. Highly recommended! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
