The food took about 15 minutes to be ready, even though it didn't require any cooking. When I noticed there wasn't a napkin on my tray, I asked for one. The staff responded with an attitude that made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. I've been a long-time customer of Soup Spoon, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service. I understand that everyone can have a stressful or busy day as I work in the service industry myself but this level of service is simply unacceptable. I also noticed that responses to previous negative reviews often mention that the issue will be looked into. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it doesn't seem that any meaningful improvements have been made, as the same problems are still happening. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this outlet. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The broth is rich without being heavy, and the ingredients are super fresh. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a clean, wholesome, yet delicious meal. Everything from the taste to the service was exceptional. The soups are packed with flavor, nutrients, and generous portions. It’s the perfect comfort food for both adults and kids who love a clean, hearty meal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Will definitely order again and introduce it to my friends!
