We had two dinner sets. Borscht arrived hot; the starter toast carried a shrimp and mentaiko salad. Smoked pork ribs followed with a glossy glaze. Edges were slightly crisp, meat slipped off the bone. Bacon‑cheese fries were hot and bold. The other main was soy‑marinated Hyogo oysters over kombu dashi risotto. Rice held its shape and soaked up umami; the oyster was plump and lightly torched, giving a gentle smoky note.
