I visited Therefore BKK with high expectations based on its reputation, but my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arriving at 10 AM, I was met with a lack of warmth or enthusiasm from the staff. It felt like I was interrupting rather than being welcomed. When I tried to order a coffee with a specific filter, I was told it was sold out. Fair enough, but then I was informed that the iced coffee made from the same beans was available. This left me puzzled—how could the beans be sold out for one preparation method but not another? The inconsistency in the explanation was frustrating, and I couldn’t help but feel I was being brushed off. While the space is visually appealing, service and communication are just as important, and they were sorely lacking here. Unfortunately, my visit didn’t live up to the hype, and I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
