We opted today for the Ha Cheung Fun, the rice noodles with shrimp drenched in sauce, some shrimp dumplings, bbq pork buns and taro chicken tarts? The bbq pork buns were exceptional. A beautiful crispy outer layer with a warm, flavoursome middle. The long rice noodles were also very good, tasting fresh and a little better than other establishments. The dumplings too were very enjoyable, whilst the taro chicken dish was a perfect finisher.
Better yum cha esque dining than most, and one that we hold to a high regard.
