Good private dining experience. Menu was classic Cantonese. Light yet flavorful. The oil bath roast chicken was delectably crispy and moist. Started with a wholesome soup, a superbly steamed piece of fish followed. The Chinese poached pear was a delightful, tasty and healthy end to the meal. Looking forward to coming back for the full course.
