Tried their pesto chicken sandwich, melty beef sandwich and jalapeno cheesy avocado bagel with cappuccino. Quite nice. Favourite is pesto chicken ( the sauce is nice) and jalapeno bagel (spicy got the kick) as more flavourful and less cheesy. The melty beef is really filling and big. The truffle mushroom sandwich is average. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing Service at Tim Hortons NEX I visited the Tim Hortons outlet at NEX mall and had an unpleasant experience with the staff. The staff member was unhelpful and responded in a rude manner. My father doesnt know how to order electronically, and there were no crowd in the shop. He approached the staff to order, but the staff nonchalently pointed at the order machine without any expression. This kind of service is disappointing, especially for a well-known chain. I’ve had better experiences at other Tim Hortons locations, so I hope management addresses staff training and customer service standards at this outlet. Or better, fire the particular staff. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
