The pho is maybe a 4 out of 10. Maybe 4-5 pieces of meat. The soup is ok. Not as sumptuous as other Vietnamese restaurants. This place is NOT on the 5th floor. It's on the 1st floor in the building cafeteria. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Hidden gem in Serangoon North! Pho + spring roll set A at $8.8,incredibly good pricing! Pho broth is simmered the old fashioned way with beef bones so you get a clear and light broth,so if you are a fan of those heavy MSG laden broth cooked with ready made pho seasoning cubes,this is not for you. The star of the meal are the beef balls,they are so crunchy,juicy & u can taste the tendons in them! 100 points for the beef balls! Spring rolls are freshly made,prawn inside the roll are fresh and crunchy,the dipping fish sauce is light and fragrant. Overall a simple,heart warming meal at very sincere pricing. Please come give your support if you are nearby,good hardworking hawkers deserve our support! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great pho and fresh spring rolls. They actually have fresh mint in the spring rolls, which is hard to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be back. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
