Can some one design google ratings to allow 0 stars please. Horrible packaging and missing boil eggs on delivery. Slow service. Renovation does not improve your work flow at all. I’m here waiting in the Q and waiting for my take away. Delivery of your supplies also happened at 8.45am at rush hour impacting your work. Take away egg was placed on my kopi ice and it almost dropped off due to the uneven cup cover. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my favourite place for evening tea. Love the service. Must try Tea C and Peanut butter toast/ soft bun. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I generally enjoy the coffee at Toast Box, and this branch is no exception - when it's good, it's really good. Two of the ladies here brew a consistently great cup. However, the quality dips noticeably on shifts handled by one of the male staff members, whose brews can be hit or miss. A little training would go a long way. The other major drawback is the crowd. Ordering can feel chaotic, and finding a seat even during non-peak hours is a challenge. The seating area is clearly due for an expansion. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
