This outlet promotes self-ordering, which can be a bit time-consuming since diners are either unfamiliar with the system or taking their time to decide. However, the wait is worth it because the coffee is super good and pairs perfectly with their flavorful Teochew-style bak chang Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food is expensive. They have been upping their prices but their service became poorer. And it's their IHQ but is ridiculous standard to set. The place was renovated recently and half the chairs became stools with no backing. Instead of increasing their stock of cups to serve coffee which is a core product, they serve it on a paper cup which was hard to handle for hot drinks. I can only see Breadtalk and Toastbox declining as the insufficient cups appear to be problems that persisted for a while. Ordering software added but cost passed to consumers. Meal type: Breakfast

Great service to the team today. I just visited today at around 1225pm. Though there were queue, the service is friendly and efficient. I bought my favorite kopi o and cakes and puff. I was 4th in queue, compliment to them as i waited less than 5 minutes. I will visit this outlet more often as they always provide excellent service ! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
