Very disappointing experience at Toast Box Causeway Point today. We ordered the curry puff set and waited for a long time without any update. When we finally went to the counter to ask about our order, the staff only then told us that the curry puffs were out of stock. If the item was unavailable, we should have been informed immediately instead of being left waiting. This wasted our time and showed poor communication and customer service. I hope the management improves how they handle out-of-stock items so customers are informed promptly instead of having to ask. Price per person: $1–10 Atmosphere: 4

The uncle who was baking the bread was very rude. Please ensure that your company provides proper staff training. I only asked whether this was our bread, but he responded very rudely and told me it was not. You may refer to the recording for verification.

I bought curry chicken with prata not set. When I collect it, I didn't see any chicken and kindly ask the server. The server told me that it not come with chicken. I get shock and keep check the menu in front the counter and confirm with chicken. I clarify again, the server said another way that got a small chicken inside. Oh dear, such not worth for the meal with only gave a small winglet but not drumlet and winglet. The portion is totally not match with the price. Overpriced. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
