The place is cramp during weekends, food standard is below average. Laksa mee taibak was too starchy, different from other branch. Beehoon soaked in oil Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with this store, but almost every visit has been a disappointing experience here and there. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve encountered issues here. The lady making coffee and ordering food was so impatient and unfriendly. Today I was charged incorrectly, and despite raising the issue politely, she showed little interest in helping or resolving it. Everyone can have a bad day, but when the same experience happens repeatedly, it starts to reflect on the overall service standards of the store. This is why I only visit this store very limited time although I’ve been in Punggol for 6years. If you genuinely dislike your job, please don’t take it out on your customers. Customers come expecting basic courtesy, professionalism, and assistance when problems arise. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve patronised this outlet enough times to recognize that the staff here has poor hygiene and awful attitude (see other reviews, they are true). Today, counter auntie was moving utensils from a bucket of hot soapy water with her bare hands when i approached the cashier to order coffee. She ignored for a good minute, then took my order and proceeded to make the coffee without washing her hands!?!? I was appalled but didnt say anything as she was already pissed like someone owes her a living. I love toastbox but am really unlucky this outlet is the nearest for me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
