Toast box should really think about their servicings quality. Placing it on an order in the counter takes way more time than placing an order online. They are more bothered about the online orders, but people waiting at the queue doesn't matter for them. Ok Google for online orders or speed up the process for the orders taken at the counter is irritating to get a coffee. Waiting there for 15-20 minutes, Standing in front of the counter. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Vy Vy Vy bad service of the staff, order a big warm cup of milo , but requested the staff help to pour out abit to my younger daughter, she straight away reject and saying no pouring services provided, if I pour on the food tray the tray will be dirty, end up u will need to clean as well. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier, the aunties working here has got lousy attitude. Food is quite standard, since prepared by main kitchen. But the kopi, sometimes ok.sometimes horrible. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
