I love this TOASTBOX in Woodleigh, especially the team who's super friendly and happy. But I would like the Mgmt team to look into 2 areas of concern : the air-conditioning is not working...it's so hot and then the seatings have been compromised because the Mgmt team decided to move some chairs and tables infront of the hot drinks station which no one will want to sit and the original place where the tables and chairs are, is now for the display cabinet.....really ???? Bad experience especially with delivery particularly through food panda for this outlet. Missing partial orders quite often with this outlet (unlike the one at Nex). Example today, we ordered Fried Rice chicken wings set that supposedly come with lye chee drink. The drink is missing from the delivered items. The staff must have forgotten about it although indicated as "a set".The panda apps also does not allow us to indicate the missing sub items after that to claim...$13.70 for just fried rice + chicken wings is unjustifiable without the drink....disappointed. please look into it. Have been patronising this Toast Box outlet since it first opened, and the team here — Hu, Lan, Hiang, May and Yiqing — have always been consistently warm, attentive and professional. They always get my coffee right (which is not easy because I’m very fussy ). There was also an occasion where another customer accidentally collected my order, and even though it wasn’t their fault, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally. Good service from the heart is really hard to find nowadays, and this team truly deserves recognition. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
