hands down my favourite tonkatsu place ever (even my parents who dislike deep fried food agree). everything is fried perfectly without being too greasy, free flow salad, miso soup (so good) and rice. staff are really attentive and line moves quickly even during peak hours! sitting area may be a little small, so if you’re coming in a big group, a reservation may work best. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered two meals today The Rosu Tonkatsu all the taste from the meat, sauce and the soup overall is good Except the Gyukatsu Mizayaki i think is around 6 out of 10 The Atmosphere was nice for having lunch and dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Yuzu Rosu Katsu Set Yuzu Rosu Katsu Tonkotsu Ramen Set Tonkatsu ENbiton (VivoCity) 1 HarbourFront Walk, B2-27/27A, Singapore 098585 Food wise: Crispy juicy pork cutlets, think of those thick fleshy meats, love that they were made crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. The best part was that even if the cutlets were left there for awhile while crunching away on the free cabbage, the Yuzu Rosu Katsu was still warm and juicy. Now while it is called Yuzu pork, it doesn’t mean the cutlet was yuzu flavour, the pig’s feed had yuzu in it, so the flavour and the benefits of eating its meat were both enhanced, though one can’t tell the difference. The pork was good no doubt. The ramen on another hand, hmm, not sure was that the delicious cutlet overpowered the flavour of the ramen, but it was decent. Ambience wise: Japanese style restaurant, spacious and neat. Each table had its condiments. Service wise: Prompt service! Price wise: Yuzu Rosu Katsu Set $22 Yuzu Rosu Katsu Tonkotsu Ramen Set $25 Cabbage cabbage cabbage! Somehow these free cabbage always seemed to taste more delicious. The Katsu was definitely worth trying, their juices were just good. Recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Signature Yuzu
