本日1月21日の19時頃に来店しました。店内はそれほど混雑していませんでしたが、外の通りはとても混んでいました。 1人約11,000円のプレミアムコースを2名分注文しましたが、提供された和牛はメニューの写真と大きく異なっていました。肉は本来のものよりもかなり薄く、また2名分のコースとしては、各料理の量も明らかに少なかったです。 その後、追加で特上カルビを注文しました。メニューの写真では6枚ありましたが、実際に提供された料理には5枚しかありませんでした。その点をスタッフ（服装が他のスタッフと違っていたため、おそらく店長）に伝えたところ、「重量は合っている」と言われました。しかし、私はメニューには6枚と明記されているのに、実際は5枚しかないと説明し続けました。すると、追加で1枚持ってきましたが、その1枚は皿に載っている他の肉よりもさらに薄いものでした。そもそも最初に出てきた肉自体も、メニュー写真と比べると半分ほどの大きさで、非常に小さく薄いものでした。 コースに含まれていたロブスターも非常に小さく、しかも半身しか提供されませんでした。 さらに、スタッフの日本語レベルが低く、接客にもかかわらず敬語を使わずに話してきた点は、とても失礼で不快でした。 私は二度とこの店には行きませんし、他の方にもおすすめしません。以前に恵比寿店を利用したことがありますが、今回は自由が丘のトラジ焼肉を利用し、非常に残念な経験となりました。 I visited the shop today, January 21, from around 7:00 PM. The shop itself was not crowded, although the street outside was busy. We ordered the premium course, which costs about 11,000 yen per person. However, the wagyu that was served for two people did not match the photos shown on the menu. The slices were much thinner than expected, and the overall quantity of each item in the two-person course was noticeably less than what was advertised. We then ordered an additional dish of 特上カルビ. The menu photo showed six slices, but the dish we received had only five slices. When I pointed this out to a staff member (possibly the manager, as his outfit was different from the other staff), he said that the weight was correct. I continued to explain that the menu clearly showed six slices, while the plate had only five. He then brought one additional slice, but it was much thinner than the others on the plate. Even the original slices were already much thinner and smaller—about half the size of those shown in the menu photo. The lobsters included in the course were also extremely small, and only half a lobster was served. In addition, the staff’s Japanese was very poor, and they spoke without using proper honorific language toward customers, which was very rude and unacceptable. I will never come to this shop again, and I do not recommend it to others. I have visited the Ebisu branch before, but this time I went to Toraji Yakiniku in Jiyugaoka, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
