I recently dined at Torihana Tei Chicken Ramen in Causeway Bay with some of my colleagues during lunch time, and it was an absolute delight! The ramen was incredibly tasty, with a rich, flavorful chicken broth that was perfectly balanced—not too heavy, yet deeply satisfying. The noodles had just the right chewiness, and the toppings, including tender chicken and a perfectly cooked egg, elevated the dish to another level. In addition, we also ordered the pan fried dumplings and fried chicken. Both were incredibly tasty. The restaurant is small and cozy with warm lighting and a welcoming ambiance that made it the ideal spot for a comforting meal. The staff were very attentive and friendly, ensuring every detail was spot on. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or just craving something delicious, this is a must-visit gem.
