I had the opportunity to eat ramen at Totoya Ryoricho near Prachaniwet. Because I heard that this restaurant has a menu. "72 hour shrimp soup ramen" so I wanted to try it to see how different it is from regular soup. The shop says that this bowl of ramen The restaurant uses fragrant grilled shrimp and simmers them in stock for 72 hours until it becomes a rich, flavorful soup. Served with 2 pieces of fried shrimp. When the waiter came to serve, the smell of grilled shrimp wafted from far away. Plus the quantity is not small, especially the fried shrimp. It's a lot bigger than I thought. Start by tasting the soup first. As soon as I ate it, wow. The soup was really as rich as they said, and the smell of the soup after tasting it filled your mouth. The taste is umami and completely different from pork bone soup. It's a new dimension in eating thick ramen soup for me. The noodles are chewy and soft and enjoyable to chew. The chashu pork was soft and melted just right. Plus I got boiled eggs and sauce to help. It's even more compatible. The fried shrimp also comes with a separate dipping sauce. Whether eaten with dip or with ramen, it's equally delicious. In conclusion, if anyone is a ramen fan Not allergic to shrimp or seafood I highly recommend that you come and eat it. It's another one of my favorite ramen dishes and if I have a chance, I'll definitely come back to eat at this restaurant again.
