Waited two hours to get served food. First they refused to take our order and said we had to come back later as the kitchen was too busy. When we came back half the menu was not available so the only thing we could order was a burger. Turns out they didn't have buns for the burger so they left us waiting for another hour just to get a burger and chips for a grand total of a two hour wait. To top it all off the burger wasn't even cooked properly. Then got shouted at by the manager. Would never come back again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Problems with the behaviour of the serving staff… seems this is a constant comment in reviews. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$500+

Hello Nick, we are sorry to hear of your experience at TIG beach club. We do strive to keep our standards consist and customers happy. We are now closed for 2 week to review and restructure for 2026.
