It's a no-thrill place to have a decent vegetarian food. No A/C, no napkins. I was there 1 Minute past 1pm and was told the Prata is no longer available (till 1om only)... Come on! The Laksa was OK but it was also better before. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Regarding the prata being unavailable after a minute, this is not the welcoming standard we strive and aim to provide for our guests. I've frequented this place a couple of times whenever I need some fresh wholesome food, today I ordered the fish curry and while taking this pic realised that the server had dished out white instead of healthier brown rice that I paid for. The exchange was done promptly.

True Veggie is truly a place for vegetarian to stopover and enjoy a veggie meal at a reasonable price. I happened to walk along this street and observed the restaurant was crowded in one of the weekends recently. Out of curiosity, I stood by the entrance and checked on the printed menu, pricing of the menu looks reasonable, and given that I was a bit hungry at that time, I decided to try it out. I ordered a plate of bee Hoon, to my surprise, a generous portion was served, taste was acceptable aligned with the pricing for a decent vegetarian meal. Short waiting time and friendly staff it is no wonder the restaurant was crowded with patrons ordering variety of vegetarian dish. I overheard people asking for prata which was sold out since 11am in the morning, perhaps I can explore this popular breakfast in my next trip! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
