This is a great place for vegan and vegetarian food. For some strange reasons the place is filled with at least 14 stalls of vegetarian food! They are not near a table, it just organically grew, as more people in the vicinity eat more vegetarian food, more stalls started to switch to vegetarian cookin. Yu Long is known for their dumplings, quo tieh, or gyoza. But they have a good range of noodles. And the one that attracted me was their WONTON NOODLE Dry with wonton. I ordered the gyoza as well and they both turned out pretty good. I like the wonton noodle a lot, the sauce and smell taste like our our local wonton mee that's been around for 50 years. The black gravy with chilli and the noodles tossed in it, tasted very good. The soup is also good, not salty. I asked for extra char siew, and it really accompanied the noodle very well. The gyoza tasted good but the next time I would ask for the steamed ones. So that it can be more succulent. I will be going back there to try their Suey Chiao (soft long dumpling, usually filled with prawns). All things mentioned here are strictly vegetarian, plant-based, done with a compassionate heart. They neighboring stalls are also vegetarian, which they have vegetarian burgers, vegetarian yong tau foo, and economic rice with all vegetarian options. Seriously, you are spoilt for choices here.
