Huge disappointment at Elements. Overpriced, poor execution, and bad service. This restaurant claims to have ties or a collaboration with a famous tonkatsu brand from Japan, but the quality falls completely short of expectations. I ordered their most expensive pork set, and the meat was severely overcooked and tough—there was zero tenderness, and it felt nothing like a premium cut of pork. To be completely honest, even cheap fast-food tonkatsu chains in Japan taste way better than this. The fried coating was another major issue: instead of having that light, cookie-like crunch you expect from authentic Japanese cutlets, the batter was heavy, soggy, and felt stuck to the meat. Even the fried chicken came out a pale yellow with zero crispiness. To top it all off, the seating arrangement was terrible. Despite plenty of comfortable table seats available inside, the staff insisted on seating us right by the entrance. With such high prices at Elements, the food quality and overall dining experience were extremely disappointing. I definitely won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
