極濃鶏白湯ラーメンを注文 口に入れた瞬間濃くて良いと思ったのも束の間 鼻から抜ける嫌な匂いが詰めが甘いと感じられた。 ゴボウの素揚げは美味しい 叉焼二種は「これ叉焼？」って感じの茹でただけの鶏肉豚肉もちろん味は薄い 香港人のラーメン好きに1番美味しい店を紹介してもらって行ったけど所詮このレベル スタッフの対応は最悪だしサービス料は取るし 2度と行かないかな

Every time when I go to Kane Tsuru Ramen, the first things that comes to my mind is their Chicken White Soup Ramen. Its milky chicken soup base has a frothy broth brimming with rich and luxurious flavours, the creamy consistency of the broth is what captivated me and keep me coming back for more!Kane Tsuru Chicken White Soup Ramen (HK$98)The s broth of this ramen was definitely the star of the show, it was immensely flavourful and seems effortlessly cling to the noodles. The chicken breast was so tender, the deep fried burdock were crispy delicious too.Spicy Ramen (HK$88)Kane Tsuru is best known for the Chicken white soup, but if you’re keen to try something spicy, go for this spicy ramen. It’s made with spicy soup base with chilli oil and sesame seeds, perfect for those who want to tickle your taste buds with a kick!Matcha Jelly (HK$33)The matcha jelly was deliciously chewy, flavoured with matcha for an earthy green tea taste.
