Amazing spicy vodka rigatoni with Doubanjiang. Love the charred bits on the side from the baking. Great flavor and sufficiently saucy. Perfect texture Lovely ricotta and parm combo. Crab linguine also really good and spicy with crunchy garlic (could be more al dente). Beef brisket macaroni don’t get. Too oily and can’t really get that aromatic curry flavor. Really liked the cacio e pepe croquette. Great pungent black pepper aoili. Tuna carpaccio nice. Burrata really good quality but don’t really understand the smashed cucumbers. Prawn toast very well done and crispy and saucy but a tad oily Dessert phenomenal, really really good affogato with vanilla gelato and coffee granita and chocolate ganache. The white chocolate soy panna cotta too is really nice with all the great textures. Really small and cramped space. Packed full for weekend and was hard to get in and out my seat. Nice if u want the table next to u to hear what your saying lol Price per person: $450–500 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Had an absolutely incredible night at Twist, kitchen team was great, had some small talk with them and they had some time to go through some dishes with us which was nice. Jacob took care of us, couldn’t recommend him enough, he sat us down and right away went through the entire menu and drinks list with us, he was with us the entire night which we really appreciated as we noticed his section was still busy and full, yet he still made that effort of prioritising everyone and still made a strong impact on our experience there. Food was incredible, kitchen team was able to make some small alterations towards the end when the restaurant was a little quieter which we also highly appreciated. We got the crochettes and beef tartar for appetisers, both were great but the beef tartar really stood out. For mains we had the carbonara and bone marrow macaroni, both were fantastic and would heavily recommend them both. For dessert we had the panna cotta(absolute must try) and the cannolis, panna cotta was a little heavier but all the flavours of each ingredient shined through, cannolis were light and delicious as well. Thank you to the whole team, highly recommend this place, especially for date night. And thank you again to Jacob/Kitchen team! Price per person: $450–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We reserved twist pasta bar around 25 calendar days in advance for a Saturday 7:15pm table for two. I enjoyed the experience and would rank it a solid 4/5. We got the crochettes and anchovy toast for starters, crochettes were average but anchovy toast was quite interesting and my palette enjoyed it. Baked rigatoni and crab linguine were both good, I wouldn’t say the crab linguine is anything too special compared to the standard typhoon shelter crab pasta, but it was certainly enjoyable. Baked rigatoni was good but wish there were more crunchy bits and a meat / seafood involved. Loved the lychee mocktail and the panna cotta. The panna cotta is definitely a must try! The overall ambience was nice, we sat at the bar (not the bar area where you overlook the kitchen). The restaurant is small but cozy - they’re quite busy and there’s not much space between tables but that did not detract from the experience. Would consider coming back for a special occasion! Price per person: HK$400–450 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available but need to check whether there is dairy in the dish
