Twist Pasta Bar is a fantastic find in Sheung Wan that puts a playful local spin on Italian classics . The vibe is buzzy and energetic, and I highly recommend sitting at the bar to watch the skilled chefs work their magic . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $450–500
