A female waitress was very impolite and rude to push me order a coffee or drink when I only want to eat a dessert with water. As a long term customer over 40 years in HK, the services at different branches has also dropped from grade A+ into grade D ( A-E ) in the past decades. Expensive F&B but the atmosphere and service and food presentation have been changed to low class fast food standard. Wondering if their management has still provided professional training for communication and service nowadays. I can see they greatly reduced operation cost budget so they cannot keep on their standard on food, staff employment and training but keep on their expensive charges. Sad! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
