Urban Roasted Resort is located along Tai Nan Street near the Poplar intersection in Mongkok. This is a neat coffee shop that is open from 12-10pm daily. They have an atmospheric outdoor and upstairs seating area that is popular with the instragram crowd so expect to see quite a bit of photo taking if you visit this coffee shop. If full up, they do take-away and delivery in the area as well. In addition to tradition coffee and a handful of speciality drinks, they have counter desserts and a handful of savoury dishes they can prepare in the small kitchen area as well. We stopped by recently and found their Iced Long Black to be good, more impressive was the Rose Lemonade Lychee Sparkle, a very refreshing and aromatic drink to enjoy on a hot afternoon. We also ordered and very much enjoyed their daily special dessert - lotus caramel cheesecake. Light and creamy, like a tofu cheesecake with hints of sweet caramel flavour a bits of crunchy speculoos (lotus cracker). It was a lovely dessert, one we would return for. Overall, really enjoyed the chilled vibe and relaxed upstairs atmosphere at Urban Roasted Resort. Definitely see us returning here again in the future.
