Van Gogh Kitchen in Causeway Bay is filled with an artistic atmosphere, and the food is full of pleasant surprises. Carbonara: This is prepared in a traditional, authentic style. As soon as it hits the table, you are greeted by a wonderful aroma of cheese, accompanied by the classic crispy pork with a satisfyingly chewy, fried texture. Pizza: You can choose two flavors; we went with spicy pepperoni and smoked salmon. The crust is wonderfully crispy and fragrant. "Canvas" Cake: The highlight is definitely this cake. It is incredibly Instagrammable the moment it is served, and you can even unleash your own creativity. We ordered the matcha flavor, which was outstanding—the outer layer is refreshing and cool, while the cake itself is light and fluffy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
