Veggie Express is a cherished spot, well-known both within the neighborhood and beyond. It is highly recommended by both vegans and omnivores, which speaks to its broad appeal. Many customers rave about their soups and stir-fry dishes. When I dined there, I noticed several nuns enjoying their meals as well. This is a testament to the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and took the time to explain that their broth is made from wild ingredients, adding to the depth of flavour. I tried the braised noodles, double boil soup. They certainly did not disappoint! The portion sizes are generous enough to satisfy two people or provide both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
