Friday night arriving at 8:30 PM, we found half the menu unavailable no beef tartare, no fried chicken, no blue crab and even the wine list was depleted. Even the by glass red is out of stock, forcing us to settle for whatever was left in the fridge after our first few bottle choices were out of stock. While the smoked duck breast and steak were nice but for sure wasn't enough to make up for the poor inventory management. Very limited selection and mediocre flavours make it difficult to justify a second visit. Plenty of much better places out there in this price range. Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

From the moment I arrived at Verlan Bangkok..the atmosphere felt effortlessly modern with a calm minimalism that reminded me of a Nordic dining experience. The food reflected the same balance of sophistication and comfort. Shrimp cocktail to the caramelized onion tart, fish and perfectly cooked beef was beautifully presented and thoughtfully seasoned highlighting clean, natural flavors without being overdone. Each bite felt harmonious showcasing a subtle creativity that spoke to the chef’s attention to detail. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
