A Hidden Gem in Ubi! I’ve frequented many Vietnamese stalls—including the high-end ones—and this spot blows them all out of the water. The owner is incredibly kind, and the food is authentic and consistent. Must-Try Dishes: Fried Spring Rolls: Seriously tasty and perfectly crispy. Beef Pho: The soup base is excellent and doesn't feel like there's msg added in it (pro-tip: add the chili and lime). Bun Cha: Superb! The roasted meat is the highlight of the dish. Love this Viet Kitchen at Blk 301 Ubi Ave 1. the stall is inside SG Kopitiam Foodcourt. This foodcourt was burnt down few months ago... i am totally relieved to see my favourite Vietnamese food stall is back in action! The lady boss is cheery, bubbly and put great efforts into getting fresh ingredients. The taste is authentic and reasonable price! Love it...
