always grab the fresh chicken ramen from WOKHEY back home. It’s really delicious and usually served by Syahmi, the guy in the yellow shirt. Can repeat again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I asked a question about my order but Izuan didn't seem to care. I was asking a question about whether my order was done and was about to provide details of my order, but Izuan was quick to say "order not done yet". It's a bit unreasonable to respond like that given that Izuan never checked the details of my order. But that is okay If you have no batches ready. But that at least says something too if my order is not done. My order was placed 1 hour 30 minutes ago on Foodpanda delivery, my driver never collected the order and was sitting at 898A or something for 30 minutes yet to collect that is the drivers fault but it doesn't excuse lazy and lousy service from Izuan. I came here to visit to check out Wok Hey myself if my order is preparing. and just as it was shown it foodpanda, my order is not out (according to Izuan). There has to be a miscommunication of some sorts because my order did not come at 3 pm when I ordered at 1:40 pm. Izuan never listened to my queries and was quick to reply not done yet, stare at me, and go back to cooking. I wished that he would check out my order details at the minimum, not interrupt me in my question, and tell me it is not done. Rather than a simple quick reply of "Your order not done yet" without letting me finish my question, or hearing me. This is not the quality of service anyone should expect. We usually enjoy wok hey especially with the lovely broccoli. But I was really surprised at the level of service at wok hey causeway point . On the 20th July, I ordered 2 times and authorised the payment twice but did not receive the receipt at all and strangely the stall did not receive the order as well . I sent wok hey a message on the wok hey chat and a lady by the name of Jasmine replied and offered to check but was polite to say that they have not received the order. But what surprised me was I received a call from her a little later, to ask me to go ahead and place the order, and she will expedite it and all I had to do was to pay for it when I collect it. More than that, she offered to assist for a refund if my bank statement demonstrates that the payment actually went through . So thankful for good food and good service . Makes all the difference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
