Hi Lee Ka Yin, Thank you for the review. From you order in the pictures. I noticed you ordered the vegetarian meals option, and have chosen the signature rösti, spätzli with cream sauce, Creamy saute Mushrooms, house sauerkraut. I would like to mention that 2 of your chosen options are cooked in heavy cream and butter. Hence maybe the heavy 'jelat' oily feeling in the palate. Furthermore our Rösti is also cook with butter. Which may further give the oily feeling. We do charge for water , as we have to pay for the ice and boiling the water. However , water is freeflow, and if you paid by paynow, the water would be free. We also do have lunch sets available which include free drinks. As a struggling small SME, every seat matters. We do hope that you can understand that , customer walk-ins are unpredictable, and we do have to allocate seatings to pax counts. However there are timming exceptions. On lower times we do actually allocate a bigger 4 seater, to 2 pax. But in such cases our customers normally request. I apologise for the experience you had with us.
