Visited Waa Cow! at Marina One recently with friends and it was nice to see a familiar name still going strong after all these years. Having left for China and returned to Singapore nearly eight years later, I was pleasantly surprised to find the brand still around and continuing to serve up quality bowls. The food remains the main draw here. I went for one of their signature Wagyu beef bowls topped with mentaiko and foie gras, and it delivered exactly what it promised. Rich, indulgent, and packed with flavour, it's the kind of bowl that will appeal to those who enjoy bolder and heavier flavour profiles. The Wagyu was tender, the toppings added plenty of richness, and everything came together nicely without feeling overly complicated. We also ordered the truffle fries on the side, which turned out to be a great accompaniment. The fries were crispy and the accompanying dip was genuinely tasty, making it easy to keep reaching for more. The environment was comfortable and relaxed. Despite visiting during the weekend lunch period, the restaurant wasn't particularly crowded, which made for a pleasant dining experience. Seating was comfortable and the atmosphere felt casual enough for a catch-up with friends while still being polished enough for a business lunch. Service was efficient throughout. Food arrived at the table surprisingly quickly, and the overall experience felt smooth and well managed despite the lunch timing. Staff interactions were pleasant and professional without being intrusive. Overall, Waa Cow! continues to deliver what it does best, satisfying beef bowls with rich flavours and quality ingredients. It's good to see a long-standing brand maintaining its standards, and I'd happily return whenever the craving for a hearty Wagyu bowl strikes. it’s crowded during lunch time but the staffs managed the place well. They are polite, fast n efficient, especially Cindy. she has a pleasant service attitude! Very friendly staff and spectacular ambience here at Waa Cow! Marina One outlet! A go-to place for signature torched wagyu beef bowls! Really amazing food, the best beef bowl I’ve ever tasted in my life
