I was out of Singapore for a while. Nice to be back at Waa cow! Restaurant seems more crowded now. Maybe more popular! Wasn’t able to get Grab dine out promo code as it had already run out, this is a grab thing and not related to Waa cow. Food here is still great!!! Will be back! New setting after renovation, system is slightly different now. But still great food and can get discount using Grab Dine out! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
