We are truly sorry to hear that your family gathering at Wagyu 47 did not meet your expectations, especially as this was meant to be a special occasion during your visit back to Taiwan. We sincerely apologize for the service issues you experienced throughout the evening. The lack of attentiveness regarding sharing plates, beverage service, dish presentation, meal pacing, and communication clearly fell below the standard we strive to provide. We are especially sorry that the service attitude made you and your family feel uncomfortable and disappointed. We also deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the language barrier. As an international fine dining restaurant, we understand the importance of clear communication for all guests, and we are sorry that we were unable to properly assist your husband with English explanations and wine recommendations during your visit. Regarding your dietary requests, we apologize for the failure in internal communication concerning the seafood restrictions, as well as the substitute pork dish that did not meet acceptable quality standards. We are particularly concerned to hear about the unpleasant odor of the dish and the inappropriate response you received after bringing the issue to our attention. This is not the level of professionalism or hospitality we expect from our team. Your comments have been shared with our management team for immediate review and further staff training. We understand that an experience at this price point should feel thoughtful, seamless, and worthy of the occasion, and we are very sorry that we failed to deliver that for your family.
