Newly open not long hence the place smell pleasant compared to other outlet. Liked sitting by the door area spacious. Ambient is nice n bright. Service was very good the staff came to check on everything after 10mins food was all served . even though we mentioned how the soup base was blend n more mild tasted, service staff apologised n would bring back n change. Having the skill n commitment to alter the flavor is a service not many places had. Food was fresh. Especially on the condiments. two thumbs up my wife's favourite makan place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30

The food is not bad, though the chicken broth was completely overpowered by a heavy pepper smell. The biggest issue here is that they are seriously under-manpower, but that should not be the customer's problem. They served all the raw ingredients first and made us wait roughly10 minutes just for the soup to arrive. Later, I asked for a soup refill few times because our pot was drying up. Staff didn't come over until the pot was almost dry and smoke started coming out, forcing me to speak up quite loudly to get help. To top it off, I stood at the cashier for quite long just waiting to make payment. Management, please hire more staff! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a great dining experience at Wanglu Hotpot Waterway Point. The prices are very affordable, making it a great value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. The ingredients were fresh, especially the meats and vegetables, and the soup base was flavorful. A nice place for a satisfying hotpot meal without breaking the bank. Will definitely come back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
