Thank very much for the excellent service of Vincent, the morning shift front desk staff, who helped me a lot on my check out date. Not only he is sincere, honest and diligent, his kindness to me and my group of guests, really brightened our day! The staff Jenny who led us to the car we booked, she was very friendly, cheerful and professional. Her excellent service and wonderful smile make us remember this wonderful hotel and the staff team. The housekeeping team is very good too, they are patient and professional, and gentle in detailed manner of housekeeping, which we see the room is well tidied and the necessities were refilled properly. This is a wonderful hotel at good location. We will come again! Service: 5

My stay at Wellspring by Silks Beitou was amazing. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and especially had a hot spring bath, which allowed me to relax perfectly. The service was excellent, especially the warm and attentive help from Siri. She was always friendly and considerate, making my stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the hotel and Siri for a wonderful experience! Service: 5
