White Beard: TGIF Are there any delicious fish and chips in Hong Kong? I will think of the seaside shop on the Sai Wan waterfront and remember that the quality is good. On Friday night, my friend and I wanted to go out for a drink and a meal on Peel Street. The street was still very lively. I originally thought about spending Friday night with a glass of wine, but my friend recommended White Beard. What did he say? I saw some delicious fish and chips, so we decided to take this as our goal and take it to a friend's house to drink. In fact, the environment of this bar is not bad. Unfortunately, due to the gathering restrictions, we all chose to take out food because our friends live nearby. There are many different flavors of fish and chips, the most special one is the tom yum flavor. Of course, if the flavor is too strong, it will lose the original taste of fish and chips. In the end, I chose the lemon and black pepper flavor. I have never liked fried food like this. I think it is surprisingly delicious. It definitely has a British style. The fries are pretty good too. I really want to introduce it. I am a stickler for fries, and the fried fish is huge. It doesn't taste like ice cream at all, it's just right. The other is the left platter, which includes fried shrimp, onion rings, mentaiko chicken wings and squid rings. Overall, the fried food is of a very high standard. Drinking liquor or beer here is very serious and top-notch. The most recommended is the mentaiko chicken wings. In the past, the congestion of Peel Street was indeed a headache, but due to the epidemic, the food here has become much more comfortable. If you are interested in having a beer on Friday night and eating fish and chips and a platter, it will definitely be a TGIF.
