TLDR food okay service suck. I usually don't really leave review (because I am lazy), but this wingstop from jurong point really piss me off so here I am. I order the takeaway and wait for the food, but apparently no one bother calling queue number so I just sit there and keep waiting until I go to counter and ask for my takeaway. They told me the order is done already so okay no big deal I just grab and go...And here is one of the mistake I make when I take the takeaway food...NEVER DOUBLE CHECK. YOU ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK when you order takeaway. I go back home and ready to eat with my family, then I realize they give me one less voodoo fries. Small issue right? I think just like mcdonalds (If mcdonalds give you wrong/less item, you can call their store number and they will send their rider to deliver your missing item) , so I call their jurong point outlet number 6261 3778 and hope for the same thing. No one pick up. Cool maybe they are busy cook food or something... So I call again, again, again and again and still no one pick up. Then I ask myself if just now I got double check then maybe I don't need to waste my time to typing this review instead I can eat my voodoo fries. Then again why I as a customer have to double check my order when the worker down there never do their god damn job? Are the salary wingstop give too low so they just do the bare minimum? No ones know. So am I gonna waste my time to take transport and go to the jurong point outlet AGAIN to ask them to make me the voodoo fries they forget to give me? At this point of time while I typing this review I still trying to contact the wingstop jurong point outlet but still no one answer my fking call. Nah, I just gonna leave this bad review for the future user to be alert and always DOUBLE CHECK your takeaway food.
