Overall, it was okay with the consistency of Ya Kun Kaya Toast across all the outlets they have in Singapore. The eggs are still served with some water on the plate, as they are taken straight out from the sous vide water bath to maintain the soft-boiled texture and temperature. However, at times you may get slightly undercooked eggs, with some transparent parts still visible in the egg whites. The queue here is usually long, but it moves quite quickly at the ordering counter. The entrance area can feel hot and stuffy because of the boiling and preparation station nearby, but the seating area inside is much better with large air coolers. There is also another back entrance accessible from the Cold Storage side. Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: mostly are suitable for vegetarian in the menu Dietary restrictions: not vegan friendly

Today, I visited the shop at approximately 7:45 AM. Unfortunately, the Kaya butter toast did not meet my expectations, as it deviated significantly from their signature crispy bread. Instead, it was soft and limp. This discrepancy likely contributed to the shop’s quieter atmosphere compared to the nearby toast box in the mall. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
