Why You Must Try Yamaumi Ramen in Hatyai 1. The chef puts heart into every detail—from the bamboo shoots and onsen eggs to the rich, flavorful broth and especially the fresh, handmade noodles. 2. Each bowl takes you on a journey through Japan, capturing the essence of cities like Yamamoto, Wakayama, and the Kansai region. The flavors are truly authentic. 3.
