We ordered pad thai tonight and the prawns were powdery and mushy. It easily disintegrated and tasted weird too. Im immunocompromised (it means i dont have any immunity to fight off any infections) and i hope these spoilt prawns doesnt give me any food poisoning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had lunch here at Yaowarat Seafood and ordered two dishes – crab fried rice and grilled pork neck. The fried rice arrived first, but the pork neck took almost 35 minutes and still hadn’t come. I asked about it three times and each time was met with an impatient “Wait” and no further explanation. On the fourth time, they said “almost ready, 5 more minutes.” Meanwhile, other tables that arrived later than me were already served most of their food. If a dish is going to take longer, the staff should inform customers in advance rather than having them keep asking. The food itself was fine, but the service attitude and communication need serious improvement. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30

That is certainly not the level of service or communication we strive to provide.You are absolutely right — if a dish requires a longer preparation time, our team should inform guests clearly and proactively, rather than leaving them to repeatedly ask.
