I was fully aware that KidZania is currently experiencing staff shortages. However, I was surprised to encounter the same situation at Ye Olde Cow, despite it being a paying lease within the premises. During our visit, we were informed by the staff member—who was alone—that there was nothing he could do to assist us. We were even encouraged to proceed with making a complaint, as the short-staffed situation left him unable to address our concerns. Subsequently, we were turned away without being given the opportunity to explain our situation, with short staffing cited as the reason. While I understand operational challenges, being dismissed in such a manner was disappointing and unprofessional. As paying customers, we expected a basic level of service, communication, and courtesy. Service: 1

Really hard to find. Couldn’t access it easily. It is inside kidzmania lobby with the aeroplane. They have an outside kiosk but it wasn’t working “because they were too busy inside”. They were preparing 5 orders. There is a food truck area across the street that has options including burgers. Go there instead it’s next to the beach. Service: 1
