オーストラリアや北欧で修行した韓国人シェフによるカウンター形式のミシュラン一ツ星店。韓国料理に加え和食や中華も取り入れ独自の解釈で新しい東アジア料理を提供。世界基準で最先端の料理は食材の組み合わせが面白く味、見た目共に素晴らしい！東アジアコンセプトは縛りがありつつかなり自由で日本はもちろん世界でも余り見ない内容、食べ慣れている人には絶対オススメの1軒。

One of the best meals I’ve had this year. Food quality and taste were absolute perfection. I’ve been to many restaurants where each dish was maybe a bite or two, but the portions here felt more than fair. I left feeling very full and satisfied. That being said I could have eaten more of some of the dishes because I’m a glutton. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ₩100,000+

The small team at Y'east prepare a superb fine dining experience. The sma initimate restaurant only handles 13 covers in the lunch and evening sessions, with the majority of people being served in a bar area, in the heart of the food prep area. There is a small private dining room that can accomodate 5 people. The food is exceptional, perfectly presented and explained in excellent english. I had the wine paring which worked very well with the food. The entire service was slick and effortless. We have been to a few Michelin starred restaurants and Y'east is up there. We nearly went to another well known 2 star Michelin but they could not accomodate my wife's dietary requirement, however Y'east could do so with minimal fuss, hence why we choose it. Y'east come very highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Raw Shrimp Dietary restrictions: We contacted the restaurant ahead of time using catchtable and they accommodated dietary requirements.
