塩味、ピリ辛の牛肉麺がある。 台湾で一番美味しい牛肉麺だったと思う。 メニューに日本語の記載もあり頼みやすかった。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200

2026年6月 金曜日 11:30 一年ぶりに訪問。今回はシンプルに牛肉麺。美味しいです。(23-24) 2025年3月 月曜日 19:30 待ち無し 牛肉麺以外にもワンタンやオコワも美味しいです。 2024年8月18日 日曜日 19:30過ぎ 待ち1組で数分外で待ちました。今回が2度目の訪問。全快美味しかったピリ辛ワンタンも際注文しました。私は清燉を食べましたが紅燒の方が食べ応えがあって好みです。ご馳走様でした。 2024年5月3日 金曜日 20:00頃 紅燒半筋半肉麵 紅油抄手 ミシュランビブグルマンに2018から2022まで選出されていた有名店です。 待ちは6名ほどで、7〜8分ぐらい待って着席できました。席でメニュー表から選択し、口頭で注文するスタイルです。料理がテーブルに運ばれて少し時間が経過すると、店員さんが紙に値段を書いてくれます。食後はその紙をレジに持ち込んで会計をすませます。 牛肉麺の老舗という事で、やはり味は確かでした。卓上にある漬物で味変しながら、大盛りをあっという間に完食しました。特に牛筋が美味しかったです。また、最近個人的にハマっている、紅油抄手という四川風のワンタンラー油タレ和えをサイドメニューとして注文したのですが、これがまた美味しかったです。ゴマ風味とザーサイだと思うのですがタレが混ざって美味でした。 値段は高めなので普段使いには向かないですが、美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした。. Beef noodles are a must when in Taiwan! Yongkang Beef Noodles has a Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition, and I can see why. The menu is focused on what they do best—beef noodles—at a pretty affordable price. Braised Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup (Spicy) — Even if you’re not a noodle or spicy food fan, I’d still recommend trying this. It wasn’t as spicy as I expected. The heat was more flavorful than numbing, which I liked. The noodles were wonderfully springy and al dente, perfect for slurping with that flavorful broth. The beef and tendon were incredibly tender and velvety. Steamed Spare Ribs with Rice Powder — Very popular with the locals, but this wasn’t something I’d order again. I wanted more spare ribs and less of the sweet potato/taro underneath. Dumplings — We ordered both the spicy and non-spicy versions. Surprisingly, I preferred the spicy one. The mild version had a sesame flavor that was a little too overpowering for the delicate dumpling. I also want more meat filling. Service — I have to commend the staff. They did their best to accommodate us even though we weren’t locals, and the service was fast and efficient. Not the best beef noodles I’ve had, but definitely worth trying. It’s a comforting, filling bowl of good beef noodles—and one of those dishes you should experience when visiting Taiwan. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200
