Served with the Softness (Had dinner in November 22, 2025) Yue is a Chinese Food Restaurant situated at Sheraton Tung Chung. The restaurant can be accessible from Four Points through first floor. Yue specializing in Cantonese style Chinese Food. Like most restaurant, Yue offered Chinese Food, Dim Sum, Chinese BBQ, and live seafood. As Yue is upper class Chinese restaurant, expect there would be heavy usage of premiun ingredients. Tasting Menu (9/10) Turns out it was delicious. All menus weren't kind of heavily depended with salt for seasoning. But none of the menus were tasteless. Each menu had distinct yet soft flavor. Although the menu was stated for two persons, in practice it could be divided for three persons. The portion of most of the menus were very large. Perhaps the package was assumed to be catered for two large or tall Chinese rather than two average Chinese. Yue, unfortunately, had dimmed lighting. Thus resulting in difficulty on reading menu or using smartphone. The service was helpful, with the waiters understood English.
